As a certified fitness trainer, I enjoy keeping myself and others feeling great for overall well-being. So, you can imagine how lucky I feel each and every day to work for the pioneer of Inclusive Health—Dr. Murad! Dr. Murad encourages each of his employees to live an Inclusive Health lifestyle and to share with others how living Inclusively can help them.

As a firm believer in Inclusive Health, I do my part to spread the word every Tuesday and Thursday at the Murad Inclusive Health Spa (MIHS) with a FREE Strength Training Class I teach. And I want YOU to join me!

Whether it is losing weight, toning the body or just feeling better, this class will do the trick. And, did I mention it’s absolutely FREE?! This class is for all people at all levels of fitness. Are You Ready For Some Football!?

The NFL playoffs are upon us and Murad employees were encouraged to show their support by wearing their teams’ fan gear on Football Friday. The NFC and AFC were both represented with t-shirts and jerseys. (Resident soccer fan Danny Teklu supported “real football”
—in his words—by wearing a Los Angeles Galaxy jersey). All in all everyone was in good spirits, anticipating some great matchups this weekend. But then…..

…..things got ugly. I guess it’s inevitable when die-hard fans of opposing teams are gathered in one room. No worries. The trash talk was PG and we didn’t come to blows, but that doesn’t mean the loyalty doesn’t run deep. We’ll see who comes out on top.
