Goodbye June Gloom, Hello Perfect Skin!

June Gloom may call for less-than-perfect weather, but that’s no reason to keep us down! In celebration of the bright days of summer to come, the Murad Inclusive Health Medical Group hosted “June Bloom,” an open house event to meet Dr. Annie Chiu, our board-certified Dermatologist, observe live cosmetic demonstrations and receive mini Inclusive Health consultations.

Guests arrived and mingled with Dr. Chiu and other Murad Medical Inclusive Health Group staff, while sipping on pomegranate mimosas (full of antioxidants!) and enjoying an artful display of refreshments. Guests were invited to take a tour of the Medical Group offices, where each room was set up for a demonstration or a consult.

The crowd gathered around the Inclusive Health Consultation room, as our Inclusive Health Practitioner and Medical Esthetician performed complimentary Inclusive Health consults and Visia skin mapping, allowing our guests to receive an in-depth analysis of their skin inside and out.

Attendees then moved on to see Dr. Chiu’s first demonstration – an under-eye filler, designed to temporarily restore lost volume and improve the appearance of facial lines, on a volunteer patient. Dr. Chiu walked the guests through the process and our volunteer assured the group that it didn’t feel like anything more than just a pinch. Everyone was amazed to find that the procedure instantly took what looked like 10 years from our volunteers face! Needless to say, the women lined up after the event to get their share of fillers by Dr. Chiu!

To end the evening, the Murad Inclusive Health Medical Group raffled off three grand prizes including Murad products and cosmetic treatments by Dr. Chiu! Of course we couldn’t let anyone go home empty handed, so everyone received gift bags with samples of Murad’s T-Zone Pore Refining Gel to help clear and minimize pores and Active Radiance to smooth and restore skin’s radiance. The open house was an evening of empowerment, with women celebrating their lives and learning about ways to make them feel even more confident and beautiful at every age!
