Murad Exclusive Tastemaker Event

When you think of Halle Berry and Blake Lively, you automatically think of beautiful skin, makeup and style, right? But do you ever wonder who is behind the scenes to make these celebrities look so radiant? We did! So, we invited a very select group of these industry insiders to an intimate dinner with Dr. Murad so they would know about the latest innovations from Murad and what makes the Murad brand so unique.

Held at the renowned restaurant Valentino in Santa Monica, the event’s attendees included some of the industry’s top celebrity stylists, makeup artists, editors and agents whose lives revolve around making the world (and the people in it) more beautiful. Stylist Lindsay Albanese (who’s perfected the looks of Mary J. Blige, Maria Menounos and more), Bella Sugar host Susan Yara, and beauty guru Nadine Jolie were just a few of our VIP guests.

As guests arrived, they had the opportunity to sample, touch and feel Murad’s latest product innovations including Hybrids® Skin Perfecting Primer Acne and Shine Control; Hybrids Absolute Bronzing Boost SPF 15; Hybrids Soothing Skin, Lip and Cuticle Care; Hydro-Dynamic™ Ultimate Moisture for eyes; Acne Treatment Concealer Dark; and the Age Reform® Complete Skin Renewal Kit. Guests were ecstatic about the products and could not wait to write about them, share them with their clients and of course, use them on themselves (which some did while dining!).

In between an amazing 7-course dinner prepared by Valentino’s executive chef, Dr. Murad, Jeff Murad, VP of Product Development and Lori Jacobus, CMO, connected one-on-one with the guests, sharing Dr. Murad’s philosophy on Inclusive Health, his three-pronged approach to maximize cellular health. Influencers also shared the opportunities they see within the industry with Dr. Murad, Jeff and Lori, and got some surprising and innovative answers!

After a successful event (and numerous email exchanges the next morning), we knew that the evening had created a very special bond between Murad and our guests. Laughs were shared, stories were told, and most importantly, everyone walked away inspired! We’re looking forward to many more tastemaker dinners in hopes of being one step closer to helping everyone achieve beautiful, healthy skin.
